The annual Founders Party for donors and sponsors of the festival features a sneak preview of one of the festival films at the Bay Theatre in Suttons Bay, followed by a party at Ciccone Vineyards.

Holiday Inn West Bay
Join director David O. Russell and producer Lawrence Bender at a Hollywood Beach Party overlooking West Bay from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Thursday night on the patio at the Holiday Inn. This event is for ages 21 and over only. Enjoy live entertainment from 6 p.m. - 10 p.m. as Betsie Baye covers all your favorite songs. There will be a dance floor, a party tent and a huge array of delicious morsels including chef carved beef tenderloin, baked Ham with spicy cherry mustard rub, Swedish and BBQ meatballs, Pleva's smoked cherry kielbasa, fried ravioli with dipping sauces, fruit kabobs with yogurt dip, domestic and imported cheeses and triple-chocolate fountains, with white, milk and dark chocolate. There will be a cash bar available featuring Hollywood-themed drink specials like "Superman," "Liquid Cocaine," "California Tea" and "Bahama Mamas" for $5-$6 each. The party will wind down at 10:00 p.m. but normal patio operations will resume and continue well into the night for those who just aren't ready to go home.

Celebrate the last night of the second annual Traverse City Film Festival in style. Head to Building 50 (the Village at Grand Traverse Commons) and Trattoria Stella for a night of outstanding music, wine, beer, and phenomenal food.
Live music from Paul White & The Circle of Fifths will get the party rolling from 6:00 to 7:30, Aardvark Sounds DJ will be spinning the hits from 7:30 to 9:30, and all the way from Australia, Harper will play from from 9:30 to 12:30.
